What is NMN?
NMN (β-Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) is a compound that occurs naturally in the body and in foods like broccoli, avocado, and edamame. It is a well-studied precursor to NAD+, a coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism. NMN helps support your body’s NAD+ pathways as part of a consistent healthy aging routine.*
What's the difference between NMN, NAD+, and Resveratrol?
They’re three different compounds designed to support complementary aspects of a cellular wellness routine. NMN is a precursor to NAD+. NAD+ is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism. Resveratrol is a plant polyphenol studied in antioxidant wellness and sirtuin-related pathways. Modern healthy aging research often discusses the three together as a focused stack.*
Do I need all three products, or can I start with one?
Most women start with NMN 500, which is our hero product and the foundational ingredient. You can add NAD+ and Resveratrol 600 as you build your routine — or save by purchasing The Cellular Trio bundle, which includes all three at a discount.
What dose is in each product?
NMN 500 contains 500 mg of β-NMN per capsule. NAD+ contains 500 mg of NAD+ plus 250 mg Quercetin and 150 mg Resveratrol per serving (2 capsules). Resveratrol 600 contains 600 mg per serving (2 capsules), standardized to 50% trans-Resveratrol.
Are CELLSHE products vegan?
Yes. CELLSHE products use vegetable capsules (HPMC) and contain no animal-derived ingredients. They are formulated without added hormones, gluten, lactose, artificial colors, artificial sweeteners, alcohol, antibiotics, proprietary blends, or major allergen ingredients listed.
Where are CELLSHE products manufactured?
Manufactured in the USA using globally sourced ingredients, in GMP-certified, FDA-registered facilities. Our Resveratrol product is additionally manufactured in an NSF-certified facility. Products are supported by third-party testing documentation from ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories.
Are the products tested for purity and contaminants?

How to use CELLSHE
How do I take NMN 500?
Take one (1) capsule daily, preferably in the morning with 6–8 oz (177–237 mL) of water. NMN can be taken with or without food.
How do I take NAD+?
Take two (2) capsules daily, preferably in the morning with 6–8 oz (177–237 mL) of water.
How do I take Resveratrol 600?
Take one (1) capsule twice daily, preferably 20–30 minutes before a meal, with water. Take one capsule before breakfast and one before dinner.
Can I take all three products together?
Yes. NMN 500, NAD+, and Resveratrol 600 are designed to fit together as a daily longevity routine. Most women take NMN 500, both NAD+ capsules, and the morning Resveratrol capsule together with their first glass of water, then take the second Resveratrol capsule before dinner.
Will I feel CELLSHE products working?
Probably not — and that is normal. CELLSHE supplements are designed to support cellular wellness within a consistent daily routine, not to deliver immediate or stimulant-like effects. If a brand promises you’ll “feel a difference in 7 days,” they’re selling marketing, not science.*
How long should I take CELLSHE products before deciding if they fit my routine?
CELLSHE products are designed for consistent daily use, not quick effects. A 90-day baseline can help you judge whether they fit your lifestyle, routine, and wellness goals. Subscribe & Save makes consistency easier.
Are CELLSHE products safe to take with my medications?
CELLSHE products are intended for healthy adults when used as directed. Resveratrol may interact with blood-thinning medications and cardiovascular treatments. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you take medications or have a medical condition.
Can I take CELLSHE products if I'm pregnant or nursing?
We do not recommend CELLSHE products for pregnant or nursing women. Consult your healthcare provider before taking any supplement during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Are CELLSHE products hormonal?
No. CELLSHE products are not hormone products and do not contain estrogen, progesterone, DHEA, or hormone-based ingredients. They are designed for adult wellness routines, not as medical or hormonal care. Consult your healthcare provider with individual questions.

Where does CELLSHE ship?
CELLSHE currently ships only to eligible addresses within the supported United States shipping area.
We do not currently ship to California

We do not currently ship Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. military bases, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, unsupported U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, reshippers, hotels, package redirection services.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and eligible before placing your order. If an unsupported address is used, the order may be canceled, held for review, refused, or refunded according to our Shipping Policy.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard U.S. shipping is free on all subscription orders and on one-time orders over $45. One-time orders under $45 ship for a flat rate of $5.95. Shipping is available only to eligible U.S. addresses.
How long does shipping take?
Your CELLSHE order is prepared before it enters the carrier network. Fulfillment usually takes 1–5 business days after order acceptance. Once shipped, standard U.S. transit is generally estimated at 2–4 business days. Most customers should allow about 3–9 business days from order acceptance to delivery. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during launches, promotional periods, carrier delays, address verification, inventory constraints, or other operational disruptions.
Why doesn't CELLSHE ship to California yet?
California has unique labeling and notification requirements under Proposition 65. We're currently completing the documentation required to expand to California and will announce when shipping becomes available. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Tracking information may take time to update after a label is created or after the carrier receives the package.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Email hello@cellshe.com with your order number. We’ll review it within one business day and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

How does Subscribe & Save work?
Choose any eligible CELLSHE product or bundle, select “Subscribe & Save,” and complete checkout. Your subscription renews automatically once every month at the recurring price shown before checkout, unless you cancel before your next billing date. Your first subscription order is charged at checkout. Future renewal orders are billed monthly on the billing date shown in your customer account or subscription portal.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. No commitment, no cancellation fees. Manage or cancel from your account before the next billing date. Pause, skip, or product-edit options may vary by portal.
Can I have more than one subscription?
Yes. You can subscribe to more than one eligible CELLSHE product or bundle. At launch, CELLSHE subscriptions are monthly plans unless a different frequency is clearly shown before checkout.
When am I charged for my subscription?
Your first subscription order is charged at checkout. Future subscription orders are billed monthly on the billing date shown in your customer account or subscription portal. To avoid the next charge, cancel, pause, skip where available, or modify your subscription before that billing date.
Can I edit what's in my subscription?
Depending on the options available in your customer account or subscription portal, you may be able to update your payment method, shipping address, upcoming order, product selection, or delivery frequency; skip an upcoming shipment; pause your subscription; or cancel your subscription.
Some changes may also be handled manually when available. If you need assistance, please contact us at hello@cellshe.com. Available self-service options may vary by product, bundle, subscription plan, or subscription tool. Changes must be completed before the next billing date to apply to the next renewal.
What if I run out of one product before my next shipment?
You can order an individual product as a one-time purchase to bridge the gap. Contact us at hello@cellshe.com if you need help.
CELLSHE subscriptions renew monthly, and each renewal order is processed after successful billing. Because processing, fulfillment, carrier pickup, transit, and final delivery can vary, we do not guarantee uninterrupted supply or delivery before your current supply is finished.

Returns & refunds
Do you offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. Where displayed before purchase, CELLSHE’s 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to your first eligible CELLSHE order. If your order does not feel like the right fit for your routine, contact hello@cellshe.com within 30 days after delivery.
Eligible refunds cover the product price paid after discounts. Shipping fees, handling fees, taxes, duties, return costs, and payment-processing fees are not refundable unless required by law or approved by CELLSHE in writing. Terms apply.
Do I need to return the bottle?
No physical return is required unless CELLSHE specifically asks for one in writing.
Does the guarantee apply to subscription orders?
The guarantee may apply to the first eligible subscription order if the offer was displayed before purchase. It does not automatically apply to future renewal orders. Requesting a refund does not cancel your subscription; you must cancel before the next billing date if you do not want future renewals.
How long do refunds take?
Eligible refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive your request and any required information. They typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

It means each active ingredient is fully disclosed and selected at a serious daily serving level — not hidden inside a proprietary blend or included as cosmetic label dusting. What is "third-party testing"?
A test performed by a laboratory independent from the manufacturer. Third-party testing prevents conflict of interest in quality verification. Our testing partners hold ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, the international standard for laboratory competence.
What does GMP-certified mean?
GMP refers to Good Manufacturing Practice standards for dietary supplement production. These standards cover areas such as facility controls, batch documentation, ingredient verification, and quality processes. CELLSHE works with qualified U.S. manufacturing partners and keeps supplier quality documentation on file.
Where can I read studies on NMN, NAD+, and Resveratrol?

Is CELLSHE a US company?
CELLSHE is operated by IRONVALE OÜ, a European company based in Estonia. Our supplements are manufactured in the USA using globally sourced ingredients, then packaged and shipped from the United States through our U.S. fulfillment partners.
This allows us to combine European quality-focused standards with a U.S.-based product and delivery experience — transparent, carefully built, and shipped closer to our customers.
