Inside the formula
Products & ingredients
What is NMN?
NMN (β-Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) is a compound that occurs naturally in the body and in foods such as broccoli, avocado and edamame. It is a precursor to NAD+, a coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism, and it is one of the most studied ways to raise NAD+ in humans. NMN supports NAD+ biosynthesis.*
In a randomised, multicentre, placebo-controlled trial of 80 healthy middle-aged adults, oral NMN raised blood NAD+ at every dose tested against placebo and against baseline, and that was the trial's primary objective.* Read the full guide to NMN, what NMN is studied for, or see the Science page, which links every study behind every claim we make.
What is the difference between NMN, NAD+ and resveratrol?
They are three different compounds doing three different jobs, not versions of each other.
- NMN is a precursor. It is the raw material your cells use to make NAD+, and it is the one of our three that is studied for raising NAD+ itself.* More on NMN.
- NAD+ is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism. Our NAD+ product is a three-active formula rather than a single ingredient. More on NAD+, and NMN compared with NAD+.
- Resveratrol is a plant polyphenol, included for antioxidant support against everyday oxidative stress.* More on resveratrol.
If you want them compared side by side with the human research behind each, that is the Science page. The longevity stack explained covers how people combine them.
Do I need all three products, or can I start with one?
Start with one. Many women begin with NMN 500 because it is a single ingredient. You can add NAD+ and Resveratrol 600 later, or take all three as the Cellular Trio, which costs less than buying them separately.
Taking NMN and resveratrol together answers the most common pairing question, and longevity supplements, examined is the wider view.
What dose is in each product?
NMN 500: 500 mg of β-nicotinamide mononucleotide per capsule, serving size one capsule.
NAD+: per serving of two capsules, 500 mg NAD+, 250 mg quercetin dihydrate extract from Sophora japonica flower bud, and 150 mg Japanese knotweed extract.
Resveratrol 600: 600 mg per capsule, serving size one capsule, a Polygonum cuspidatum root complex containing 50% trans-resveratrol.
Every amount is printed in full on the Supplement Facts panel, and there are no proprietary blends in any CELLSHE product. NMN dosage explained and resveratrol dosage explained cover how these compare with the doses used in research.
What does 50% trans-resveratrol mean?
Resveratrol comes in two forms, trans and cis, and trans-resveratrol is the form used in human research. Our Resveratrol 600 is a 600 mg complex from Japanese knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum) per capsule, standardised to 50% trans-resveratrol, so roughly 300 mg of trans-resveratrol per capsule.
We print the complex weight and the standardisation rather than only the number that looks largest. Trans-resveratrol explained goes into why the distinction matters, and pterostilbene compared with resveratrol covers the other polyphenol people ask about.
Are CELLSHE products vegan?
Yes. All three CELLSHE products use a vegetable capsule (HPMC, also listed as hypromellose) and contain no animal-derived ingredients. They are formulated without added hormones, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, artificial sweeteners, alcohol, antibiotics or proprietary blends.
Every ingredient and its full amount is printed on the label. If you need to check a specific ingredient before ordering, email hello@cellshe.com and we will send you the full panel for that product.
Where are CELLSHE products manufactured?
Manufactured in the USA using globally sourced ingredients, in GMP-certified, FDA-registered facilities. Our Resveratrol 600 is additionally manufactured in an NSF-certified facility.
FDA registration refers to the facility, not to FDA approval of any product, and we never present it as endorsement. CELLSHE is operated by IRONVALE OÜ, a company registered in Estonia; products are manufactured, packaged and shipped in the United States. Our Standard sets out how we source and test.
Are the products tested for purity and contaminants?
Yes. CELLSHE products are supported by third-party testing documentation from ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories, covering ingredient identity, potency, purity and microbiological safety. A Certificate of Analysis is available on the product page or on request from hello@cellshe.com.
This matters more than it sounds. Independent peer-reviewed testing of NMN supplements bought online and in pharmacies found measured content deviating substantially from the labelled amount. We do not name the products tested. We publish our own testing position instead, in Our Standard.
Do you test for heavy metals?
Purity testing at our accredited laboratories covers contaminants including heavy metals, alongside identity, potency and microbiological safety. If you want to see the analysis for a product before ordering, ask us at hello@cellshe.com and we will send what we hold. Our Standard explains the testing programme.
Is NMN legal to sell as a supplement in the United States?
Yes. In September 2025, FDA concluded that NMN is not excluded from the dietary-supplement definition, reversing its 2022 position. Product-and supplier-specific requirements still apply, and our supply is structured accordingly. Its regulatory status was disputed for a period and that history still circulates online, which is why the question comes up so often.
We wrote up the full sequence in is NMN FDA approved?, including what "FDA approved" does and does not mean for any dietary supplement. No supplement, ours included, is FDA approved. Dietary supplements are regulated differently from drugs under DSHEA.
Are CELLSHE products hormonal?
No. CELLSHE products are not hormone products. They contain no estrogen, progesterone, DHEA or hormone-based ingredients, and we make no claim about hormones of any kind. They are dietary supplements for adult wellness routines, not medical or hormonal care. Bring any question about hormones to your healthcare provider.
Can a supplement reverse aging?
No, and we will not suggest otherwise. No supplement reverses aging, ours included, and we do not make anti-aging claims as a biological promise. What the research on these compounds actually examines is narrower and less dramatic than the marketing around the category.
Can you reverse aging? is our long answer, and the hallmarks of aging explains the framework researchers actually use. Sleep, protein, strength and movement do more of the work than any capsule, and we would rather say so.
Can I buy CELLSHE on Amazon or in shops?
No. CELLSHE is sold only on cellshe.com. Selling direct is how we keep control of storage, handling and which lot reaches you, and it is why we can answer a question about your specific order.
If you see CELLSHE offered anywhere else, it is not us, and we would like to know: email hello@cellshe.com. Where to buy NMN covers what to check wherever you end up buying, and how to read an NMN supplement label is the practical version.
Your daily ritual
How to use CELLSHE
How do I take NMN 500?
One capsule daily, preferably in the morning, with 6 to 8 oz (177 to 237 mL) of water. It can be taken with or without food. Most trials used one dose a day, and morning is simply the easiest habit to keep.
How to take NMN goes further, and with or without food answers the timing question in detail.
How do I take NAD+?
Two capsules daily, preferably in the morning, with 6 to 8 oz (177 to 237 mL) of water. Why the NAD+ pathway matters explains what the formula is built around.
How do I take Resveratrol 600?
One capsule twice daily, preferably 20 to 30 minutes before a meal, with water. One before breakfast and one before dinner. Each capsule is one serving of 600 mg. Resveratrol dosage explained covers how this compares with the doses used in research.
Can I take all three products together?
Yes, and many people do, because they do three different things. Most women take NMN 500, both NAD+ capsules and the morning resveratrol capsule with their first glass of water, then the second resveratrol capsule before dinner. Taken together as one routine, that is the Cellular Trio.
NMN and resveratrol together and the longevity stack explained cover the combination properly.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing dramatic happens. Take the next one as usual and carry on. Do not double up to make up for it.
Consistency over weeks is what these compounds are studied around, not any single capsule, so one missed day is not worth worrying about. A run of missed days is worth fixing, which is what the routine plan in the CELLSHE Circle exists for. Why people stop taking NMN is the honest piece on this.
How should I store CELLSHE products?
In a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, with the cap closed, and out of reach of children. A cupboard is better than a windowsill or a steamy bathroom shelf. Do not use a product past the best-before date printed on the bottle.
Keeping it where you will see it in the morning matters more for whether the routine survives than anything else about storage.
Can I open the capsule and mix the powder into a drink?
We do not recommend it. The capsule protects the contents and gives you the printed dose exactly. Opening it means you can no longer be sure how much you actually took, and the taste is unpleasant.
If swallowing capsules is a problem for you, email hello@cellshe.com and we will talk it through rather than guess in an FAQ.
Will I feel CELLSHE products working?
Honestly, probably not in the way a coffee makes you feel something, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a sensation. What human trials measure reliably is the NAD+ level in your blood going up.* No trial has measured subjective energy or fatigue, so we do not claim it.
If a brand promises you will feel a difference in seven days, that is marketing rather than evidence. What to realistically expect from NMN is our longer answer.
How long before I know whether it fits my routine?
Blood NAD+ rises gradually over roughly two to four weeks of daily use rather than immediately, and it declines again after you stop.* That makes consistency the thing that matters, rather than any single capsule.
A 90-day baseline is a fair way to judge whether the routine fits your life. That is also why the subscription exists, and why the CELLSHE Circle is built around helping a routine survive past month two. How long NMN takes to work has the full timeline.
Do I need to cycle it or take breaks?
There is no human evidence that you need to. Trials have run continuously for 60 days and longer without a break being necessary. Since blood NAD+ declines again after you stop, breaks work against what the supplement is doing rather than for it.*
Is NMN safe, and are there side effects?
In human trials to date it has been well tolerated. A GRADE-assessed systematic review and meta-analysis of fifteen trials, ten of them contributing to the safety analysis, found no increase in overall, serious or withdrawal-related adverse events, and no significant elevation of liver enzymes. Doses across those trials ranged from 250 to 2,000 mg a day.
Separately, a randomised trial of 1,250 mg a day for four weeks in 31 healthy adults aged 20 to 65 reported no severe adverse events. Our serving is 500 mg. Where side effects are reported they are usually mild and digestive.
NMN side effects, resveratrol side effects and can NAD+ be harmful? cover this in full. Check with your clinician if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition.
Why 500 mg of NMN, and would more be better?
Two randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials have compared NMN across doses, and between them they cover the range either side of ours.*
In 80 healthy middle-aged adults given placebo, 300 mg, 600 mg or 900 mg daily for 60 days, blood NAD+ rose significantly in every NMN group against both placebo and baseline at day 30 and day 60 (all p ≤ 0.001). That was the trial's primary objective, and levels were highest in the 600 mg and 900 mg groups.*
In adults aged 55 to 70 given placebo, 500 mg or 1,000 mg daily for 30 days, average whole-blood NAD+ was 23.8 µM on placebo, 41.7 µM at 500 mg and 58.8 µM at 1,000 mg.*
So more does raise it further. What the second trial also shows is that the 1,000 mg group varied far more widely than the others, with clear responders and non-responders, and its 500 mg group was small at 19 people. We chose a dose that sits inside the studied range rather than chasing the largest number on the shelf, and we would rather show you both trials than the flattering half of one.
NMN dosage explained goes through the full picture, and the Science page links both trials.
Are CELLSHE products safe to take with my medications?
That is a question for your clinician, not for a website. We do not know your history and we will not guess at it. Resveratrol in particular may interact with blood-thinning medications and cardiovascular treatments.
Bring the label, which lists every ingredient and its full dose with no proprietary blends, and ask before you start. The same applies if you are pregnant, nursing or managing a medical condition.
Can I take CELLSHE products if I am pregnant or nursing?
No. We do not recommend CELLSHE products for pregnant or nursing women. Consult your healthcare provider before taking any supplement during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Products are not for use by anyone under 18.
NMN or NR: which one should I take?
Both are NAD+ precursors and both have been shown to raise blood NAD+ in human trials. A 2026 head-to-head comparison found NR and NMN raised circulating NAD+ comparably.* There is no clear human evidence that either is superior, and we will not pretend there is.
NMN sits one step closer to NAD+ on the pathway, which is the form we chose to build around. NMN compared with NR, what nicotinamide riboside is and what NR is studied for give you the full picture, including where NR has the better data.
Is an NAD+ IV better than taking it orally?
They are different things at very different prices, and the comparison is not as simple as clinics present it. We sell an oral supplement and we have an obvious interest here, so rather than argue it in an FAQ we set out both sides in NAD+ IV compared with oral.
An IV is a medical procedure. Discuss it with a clinician, not with a supplement company.
Should I get my NAD+ levels tested?
You do not need to, and a single measurement is not a verdict on your health. Recent multi-cohort data found whole-blood NAD+ does not vary with age, which weakens the case for treating it as a personal benchmark.
NAD+ blood tests explained covers what these tests do and do not tell you. Testing is entirely optional and has nothing to do with our guarantee. If you do test, take the result to your clinician.

The CELLSHE Circle
The membership that comes with a CELLSHE subscription at no extra cost. See how the Circle works.
What is the CELLSHE Circle?
The CELLSHE Circle is a membership included with every CELLSHE subscription, at no extra cost. Members receive a new in-depth guide each month, a one-page routine plan built around their own habits, the option to book a call with a real person each month, and an email concierge that a person answers.
It comes with a subscription to any CELLSHE product: NMN 500, NAD+, Resveratrol 600 or the Cellular Trio. A subscription also costs less per delivery than buying the same bottle once, and includes free U.S. shipping.
Does the Circle cost extra?
No. It is included with a CELLSHE subscription at no additional charge, and there is no upgraded tier that unlocks more of it. Every member gets the same thing.
Which products include the Circle?
All of them. Subscribe to NMN 500, NAD+, Resveratrol 600 or the Cellular Trio and the Circle comes with it.
What actually arrives, and when?
On order day, a welcome written by a person and signed with a name, with your starter routine guide. In week one, your one-page routine plan. At the end of month one, guide one. Around day 30, a check-in from a person asking whether it is working, with no discount code attached. Then a new guide every month you stay.
All of it arrives on its own. You never have to chase any of it.
I am joining mid-year. Do I start at guide seven?
No, everyone starts at guide one. The library is built as a course rather than a magazine, so the month you happen to join does not decide where you begin. You then receive one guide per month of membership.
What are the guides about?
The things that do most of the work alongside a supplement: protein, strength training at home, sleep, bone, stress, alcohol, questions worth asking your doctor, skin, digestion, energy, mobility, and how to audit your own supplement shelf, ours included.
Each guide gives you what the evidence says, what to actually do, printable checklists and trackers, the relevant food or movement lists, and what you can safely ignore. The library keeps growing, and topics can shift as the research does.
Who writes the guides?
Most come from the CELLSHE editorial team, working from the primary research under the standards we publish. Some are written by our founder. For subjects that call for it we bring in a specialist, and where a guide warrants it we have it reviewed by someone with the relevant credentials. The author is named on the guide itself.
What is the monthly call, and is it medical advice?
Members can book a call with a real person each month, by appointment, arranged by email. It is practical help: setting your routine up, working out why it slipped, fitting it around travel or shift work, going through a guide, or deciding which of our products suits the routine you already have.
It is not medical advice. It is not a consultation, a diagnosis or a second opinion, and it is never advice about your medication, conditions or test results. If you bring us something clinical we will not answer it, we will tell you why, and we will point you to your own doctor or pharmacist.
How do I book a call?
Email hello@cellshe.com and say you would like your call. One line is enough. We send back a short list of times, you pick one. There is no pressure to ever use it, and skipping it changes nothing about your price.
Do you ask about my health to personalise my plan?
No. We ask about habits and preferences, such as what time you wake up and whether you eat breakfast. We do not ask for symptoms, medical conditions or your age, and we have deliberately built no place to store them.
The Biological Age Check runs entirely in your browser and its answers are never sent to us. Nothing you tell us is sold or shared for advertising.
If I cancel, do I keep the guides I already have?
Yes. Anything already sent to you is yours to keep and print, including after a subscription ends. What stops is receiving new ones, along with the plan updates and the call. If you come back later, you pick up where you left off.
What do I get if I buy once instead of subscribing?
A one-time order still gets a welcome written by a person, your starter routine guide, an email concierge that replies, a check-in around day 30, and the 60-Day Guarantee on your first order. A routine plan or a call is available on request. The monthly guides are the part kept for members.
Give $15, get $15
Referrals
How does the CELLSHE referral programme work?
Give $15, get $15. Your friend gets $15 off her first order, and you get a $15 credit toward your next one, on orders of $75 or more. Your referral link arrives by email once your first order ships.
Credits apply automatically to your next order and stack with each friend who joins, up to the value of that order.
Can CELLSHE handle the referral for me?
Yes, at any time. You never have to send anything yourself. Email hello@cellshe.com with your friend's name and email address (ensuring you have her consent), and a real person here will take it from there: we contact her, we explain the offer, we apply both discounts. No link to share, nothing to write, nothing to get wrong.
What can I not say when I share my link?
Please do not make health claims on our behalf. Your referral is a personal recommendation, not permission to speak for CELLSHE. When you share it, please do not say or imply that our products treat, prevent, cure, diagnose or relieve any disease, symptom or medical condition, and please do not present anything you or anyone else has experienced as a result the products caused.
That includes before-and-after descriptions, weight or appearance claims, and anything about menopause, hormones, energy levels, sleep, illness or medication.
This is not us being difficult. Health claims are regulated, and one enthusiastic sentence from a customer can create a legal problem.
Does CELLSHE stand behind what customers say about the products?
No. The only statements CELLSHE stands behind are the ones we publish ourselves, on this site and on our labels. Statements made by anyone else, in any channel, are theirs alone and are not endorsed, reviewed or authorised by CELLSHE or by IRONVALE OÜ.
We may decline or withdraw a referral credit, and deactivate a referral link, where health claims are made.
Do I have to disclose that I get a reward?
Publicly, yes. U.S. rules require you to state clearly that you receive a credit when someone orders through your link. A plain line such as "I get a credit if you use my link" is enough, and it must be easy to see rather than buried in a comment or a hashtag.
Will CELLSHE ask me to post about the brand?
Never. We do not ask anyone to post about us, we do not pay for reviews, testimonials or endorsements, and we do not send scripts, captions or talking points. Nothing about your credit depends on you saying anything publicly. Share your link with one friend by email and the reward is identical.
What are the full referral terms?
Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded. Valid on orders of $75 or more placed on cellshe.com. Credits stack with each friend who joins but cannot exceed the value of the order they are applied to. We may change or end the programme at any time, and credits already earned will still be honoured.
Referral terms sit alongside our Terms of Service.

Ordering & shipping
Where does CELLSHE ship?
CELLSHE currently ships only to eligible addresses within the supported United States shipping area.
We do not currently ship to California, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. military bases, APO, FPO or DPO addresses, unsupported U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, reshippers, hotels or package redirection services.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete, accurate and eligible before ordering. If an unsupported address is used, the order may be cancelled, held for review, refused or refunded according to our Shipping Policy.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard U.S. shipping is free on all subscription orders and on one-time orders over $45. One-time orders under $45 ship for a flat rate of $5.95. Shipping is available only to eligible U.S. addresses.
How long does shipping take?
Your order is prepared before it enters the carrier network. Fulfilment usually takes 1 to 5 business days after order acceptance. Once shipped, standard U.S. transit is generally estimated at 2 to 4 business days. Most customers should allow about 3 to 9 business days from order acceptance to delivery.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during launches, promotional periods, carrier delays, address verification, inventory constraints or other operational disruptions.
Why does CELLSHE not ship to California yet?
California has specific labelling and notification requirements under Proposition 65. We are completing the documentation required to expand there and will announce when shipping becomes available.
Join our newsletter at the foot of this page and we will tell you the day it opens.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the accelerated wallets shown at checkout such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is processed by Shopify; we never see or store your full card details. Prices and charges are in U.S. dollars.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Usually, if you are quick. Email hello@cellshe.com with your order number as soon as possible and we will change or cancel it if it has not yet entered fulfilment. Once a label is created we cannot pull it back, but the 60-Day Guarantee on your first order still applies.
If you need to change a future subscription delivery rather than a one-time order, that is in subscriptions below.
I entered the wrong address. What now?
Email hello@cellshe.com straight away with your order number and the correct address. If the order has not shipped we can usually correct it. If it has, we will help you trace it with the carrier, though we cannot guarantee recovery once a package is in transit to an address you gave us.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created or after the carrier receives the package.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Email hello@cellshe.com with your order number. We review it within one business day and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or a refund. See also our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
Your routine, simplified
Subscriptions
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Choose any eligible CELLSHE product or bundle, select Subscribe & Save, and complete checkout. Your subscription renews automatically once a month at the recurring price shown before checkout, unless you cancel before your next billing date.
A subscription costs less per delivery than buying the same bottle once, includes free U.S. shipping, and includes the CELLSHE Circle at no extra cost. Subscribe & Save has the full mechanics.
Can I cancel my subscription any time?
Yes. No commitment, no minimum, no cancellation fee. Manage or cancel from your account before the next billing date, or reply to any CELLSHE email and a person will handle it. Nobody will call you to talk you out of it and we will not offer you a discount to stay.
When am I charged?
Your first subscription order is charged at checkout. Future orders are billed monthly on the billing date shown in your customer account or subscription portal. To avoid the next charge, cancel, pause, skip where available, or modify your subscription before that date.
Can I pause, skip or edit my subscription?
Depending on the options in your account or subscription portal, you may be able to update your payment method, shipping address, upcoming order, product selection or delivery frequency; skip an upcoming shipment; pause; or cancel.
Some changes can also be handled manually. Email hello@cellshe.com if you need help. Available self-service options may vary by product, bundle or subscription tool. Changes must be completed before the next billing date to apply to that renewal.
Can I have more than one subscription?
Yes. You can subscribe to more than one eligible CELLSHE product or bundle. CELLSHE subscriptions are monthly plans unless a different frequency is clearly shown before checkout.
What if I run out before my next shipment?
You can place a one-time order to bridge the gap, or email hello@cellshe.com and we will help. Because processing, fulfilment, carrier pickup and transit all vary, we do not guarantee uninterrupted supply or delivery before your current supply runs out.
Support & returns
Returns & refunds
What exactly is the 60-Day Guarantee?
Where displayed before purchase, the CELLSHE 60-Day Guarantee applies to your first eligible CELLSHE order. If the product does not feel like the right fit for your routine, email hello@cellshe.com within 60 days after delivery. One email is enough and you do not have to justify yourself.
Eligible refunds cover the product price paid after discounts. Shipping fees, handling fees, taxes, duties, return costs and payment-processing fees are not refundable unless required by law or approved by CELLSHE in writing. Full wording is in our refund policy.
Do I need to send the bottle back?
No. No physical return is required unless CELLSHE specifically asks for one in writing. Sending a half-used supplement back helps nobody.
Does the guarantee apply to subscription orders?
The guarantee may apply to the first eligible subscription order if the offer was displayed before purchase. It does not automatically apply to future renewal orders.
Requesting a refund does not cancel your subscription. If you do not want future renewals, cancel before the next billing date.
How long do refunds take?
Eligible refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive your request and any required information. They typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
The cellular approach
The science & our standards
Do CELLSHE products treat or prevent any disease?
No. CELLSHE products are dietary supplements intended to support adult wellness and healthy aging routines.* They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Consult a healthcare provider for medical advice or treatment.
What does a meaningful daily serving mean?
It means every active ingredient is fully disclosed and included at a serious daily amount, rather than hidden inside a proprietary blend or added as cosmetic label dusting. We build formulas around clear amounts and transparent labels. There are no proprietary blends in any CELLSHE product.
What is third-party testing?
A test performed by a laboratory independent of the manufacturer, which removes the conflict of interest from quality verification. Our testing partners hold ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, the international standard for laboratory competence.
What does GMP-certified mean?
GMP refers to Good Manufacturing Practice standards for dietary supplement production, covering facility controls, batch documentation, ingredient verification and quality processes. CELLSHE works with qualified U.S. manufacturing partners and keeps supplier quality documentation on file.
How does CELLSHE decide what it is willing to claim?
Four rules. We use only peer-reviewed, MEDLINE-indexed research. A citation has to resolve and actually support the sentence it sits under, or we change the sentence rather than the study. A finding in people who are already ill never becomes a claim to a healthy woman in midlife. And when two pooled analyses disagree, we publish both.
We also publish the results that go against us, including the trials that found nothing. The Science page sets all of it out, and Our Standard covers testing and editorial rules.
Has CELLSHE ever changed its mind about the science?
Yes, twice publicly. We removed the sirtuin claim from resveratrol after a GRADE-rated meta-analysis of eleven randomised trials found no significant effect on human SIRT1. And we took down our NAD+ decline chart after a 2026 study measured whole-blood NAD+ across seven independent human groups and found it did not fall with age.
Both corrections are published on our Science page rather than quietly deleted. We would rather be the brand that visibly changes its mind than the one that does not notice.
Where can I read the studies myself?
Start with the databases rather than with personalities. PubMed, the U.S. National Library of Medicine index, is where every study we cite links. Europe PMC is good for open-access full text. Search terms such as NMN supplementation, NAD+ precursor or resveratrol antioxidant.
Among researchers, Eric Verdin at the Buck Institute is a useful voice on NAD+ metabolism. High-profile longevity figures are worth reading critically against the primary evidence rather than taken at face value, which is why we published an examination of the David Sinclair NMN claims. Our Science page links every study behind every claim we make, and the Learn hub collects the plain-language versions.

About CELLSHE
Is CELLSHE a U.S. company?
CELLSHE is operated by IRONVALE OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. Our supplements are manufactured in the USA using globally sourced ingredients, then packaged and shipped from the United States through our U.S. fulfilment partners. About CELLSHE covers why the brand exists, and Our Standard covers how it is made.
Who are CELLSHE products for?
Healthy adult women in midlife, roughly 40 to 65, who read the research and ask real questions. The formulas, the doses and the way we write are all built around that reader. Products are not intended for anyone under 18, or for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
If you are working out where to begin, the free Biological Age Check takes two minutes and runs entirely in your browser, and Aging Well After 40 is our free field guide.
How do I contact CELLSHE?
Email hello@cellshe.com or call +1 (786) 628-0063. A person answers every message within one business day. There is no chatbot and no ticket number.
Does CELLSHE pay for reviews or use influencers?
No. We do not pay for reviews, testimonials or endorsements, we do not publish invented customer stories, and we do not send scripts or talking points to anyone. Where an endorsement is ever incentivised, it will be disclosed.
Does CELLSHE offer wholesale or partnerships?
We are focused on direct-to-consumer relationships. For partnership or press enquiries, email hello@cellshe.com with a brief introduction.
How do I hear about new products?
Join the newsletter at the foot of this page. Roughly two emails a month: science notes, the occasional honest offer, and early access to anything new. Members of the Circle hear first. Everything we publish openly lives in the Learn hub and the Journal.
Do product images represent guaranteed results?
No. Product images and lifestyle visuals are for general presentation. Actual packaging, label layout, capsule appearance, colours and proportions may vary slightly. Visuals do not represent guaranteed health, wellness, appearance, energy, aging, weight, cardiovascular, hormonal, cognitive or physical results.
