Our story
Built for the supplement aisle that didn't exist.
CELLSHE began as an honest observation: the longevity supplement market was built for nearly everyone except the women in midlife.
So we built what was missing.*
How we started
A quiet observation, then a long question.
The supplement industry serves two markets well: twenty-somethings who want bright gummies, and biohacker men who want clinical-looking bottles with optimization claims. Both have whole ecosystems built around them.
Women in their 40s, 50s and 60s? Mostly an afterthought, or the target of condescending "she-themed" wellness. So we asked a longer question: what would a longevity routine look like if it were built for the woman who reads the labels, and answered it honestly?
One sentence, repeated daily
Build the longevity routine women in midlife deserve.
Transparent products, evidence-informed amounts disclosed in full, and an adult tone that respects your intelligence. It isn't a slogan, it's the test we apply to every product, every label and every line of copy. If it doesn't serve that mission, it doesn't ship.
How we operate
Three principles we won't compromise on.
How each product is made and tested is set out in full on Our Standard.
Our customer
We're built for women who demand clarity over claims.
Women in their 40s, 50s and 60s who've spent decades being marketed at and are tired of it. Who research before they buy, read the Supplement Facts panel before the marketing copy, and expect real answers. Who'd rather build a focused supplement routine they understand than chase every new trend.
If that's you, you're who we built CELLSHE for.
The difference
Built different on the things that matter.
None of these are accidental. Each one cost us margin, time or marketing latitude.
We made those trade-offs for the woman who'd notice them.
Who writes CELLSHE
Our founder writes much of CELLSHE's long-form education.
Florian Rivas researches and writes much of the CELLSHE Journal and other long-form educational content. Other pieces are written by the CELLSHE editorial team or specialists. When a piece carries independent review, the reviewer is named separately with their credentials and review date.
- Primary sources, cited by name. Peer-reviewed studies and official guidance are linked so readers can inspect the source material.
- Authorship and review are separate. Authors are identified on the piece. Independent review is shown separately when it has actually taken place.
- Editorial standards are public. Our research, attribution and review practices are set out on Our Standard.
What's coming
We're just at the beginning.
CELLSHE is built to grow carefully, not endlessly. We add a product only when it has a clear role for women in midlife and we can meet the same standards for transparency, evidence and quality. What comes next is shaped by the questions customers ask, the gaps we can genuinely fill, and whether a product earns its place in the range.
