How do I subscribe to a CELLSHE product?
On the NMN 500, Resveratrol 600 or Creatine Monohydrate product page, select Subscribe & Save instead of one-time purchase, then check out as normal. Your subscription is set up automatically and renews at the delivery cadence shown before checkout.
What does a subscription include that a one-time order does not?
Three things. A lower price per delivery, free U.S. shipping, and the CELLSHE Circle at no extra cost: a new in-depth guide each month, a one-page routine plan built from your habits, the option to book a call with a real person each month, and an email concierge answered by a person. A one-time order still gets a welcome written by a person, a starter routine guide, a check-in around day 30 and the 60-Day Guarantee.
When am I charged?
Your first subscription order is charged at checkout. Future orders are billed on the next renewal date shown in your customer account or subscription portal. NMN 500 and Resveratrol 600 renew every 30 days; Creatine Monohydrate renews every 50 days. To avoid the next charge, cancel, pause, skip or modify your subscription before that date.
How do I cancel?
From your account, or by replying to any CELLSHE email, before your next billing date. There is no fee, no minimum and no phone call. Nobody will try to talk you out of it and we will not offer you a discount to stay. Cancelling does not request a refund; if you also want a refund, the 60-Day Guarantee is separate.
If prices go up, does my subscription price change?
No, for as long as your subscription remains active. If CELLSHE raises prices, existing subscriptions stay at the rate they joined at. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the new subscription starts at the price current at that time.
Can I subscribe to more than one product?
Yes. NMN 500, Resveratrol 600 and Creatine Monohydrate can each be subscribed to independently. The Cellular Trio contains all three products but is sold as a one-time bundle, not a subscription.
Can I try a product before subscribing?
Yes. Every product is available as a one-time purchase. NMN 500, Resveratrol 600 and Creatine Monohydrate can also be subscribed to whenever you are ready. Eligible first orders are covered by the 60-Day Guarantee with no product to send back.
Does the 60-Day Guarantee apply to subscriptions?
It may apply to the first eligible subscription order where the offer was displayed before purchase. It does not automatically apply to later renewal orders. Requesting a refund does not cancel a subscription; cancel separately before the next billing date if you do not want future renewals.
