Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to CELLSHE orders.

1. All Sales Final by Default

All sales are final by default. Because CELLSHE products are dietary supplements intended for personal use, we do not accept routine returns, exchanges, buyer's remorse returns, opened product returns, taste or preference returns, results-based returns, or returns requested without prior written authorization.

This policy is designed to protect product integrity, hygiene, safety, and the controlled supply chain for dietary supplements.

2. No Automatic Return Right for Unopened Products

Unless a specific written return offer, guarantee, promotion, or legal requirement applies, unopened products are not automatically eligible for return or refund.

Any return or refund must be approved by CELLSHE in writing before the product is sent back.

3. No Unauthorized Returns

Do not send products back without written authorization from CELLSHE. Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, returned to sender, or deemed ineligible for refund.

We do not publish a default return address because return eligibility, handling requirements, and return routing must be reviewed case by case.

4. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, contact hello@cellshe.com within 7 days after delivery.

Your request must include your order number, a clear description of the issue, photos of the shipping package and label, photos of the product and damage where applicable, and any other information we reasonably request.

We may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or other remedy at our discretion or where required by law. We may deny claims that are late, incomplete, unsupported, inconsistent with tracking information, inconsistent with photos, or appear fraudulent or abusive.

5. Product Experience and Results

Dietary supplements may affect individuals differently. CELLSHE does not guarantee specific health, wellness, energy, aging, appearance, hormonal, cognitive, or physical results.

A product not producing the result you expected does not automatically qualify for a refund unless a specific written guarantee applied to your order before purchase.

6. Promotional Guarantees and Limited Offers

From time to time, CELLSHE may display a limited commercial guarantee, satisfaction guarantee, promotional refund offer, return window, or similar customer offer on the website, product page, checkout, advertisement, FAQ, or promotional campaign.

Such offers apply only if they are expressly displayed before your purchase, are active at the time of your order, and apply to the product, order, and customer concerned. The specific terms of the offer displayed before purchase control for the eligible order covered by that offer.

A commercial guarantee or satisfaction offer may include specific conditions, deadlines, refund timing, return requirements, no-return rules, product exclusions, order exclusions, customer cooperation requirements, or abuse-prevention rules. If the active offer states that no physical return is required for an eligible one-time purchase, then no bottle return is required for that eligible refund request.

Unless a specific written offer states otherwise, commercial guarantees and satisfaction offers do not create a permanent refund right, do not apply retroactively to prior orders, and may be changed, paused, removed, or replaced for future orders at any time.

If a specific written promotional guarantee, satisfaction guarantee, or refund offer applies to your order, that specific offer controls only to the extent it is more favorable to you than this default policy and only for the order covered by that offer.

Where displayed before purchase, CELLSHE’s 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to the customer’s first eligible CELLSHE order only.

To request a refund under this guarantee, contact hello@cellshe.com within 30 days after delivery with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and any information reasonably requested by CELLSHE to verify eligibility.

Eligible refunds cover the product price paid after discounts. Shipping fees, handling fees, taxes, duties, return costs, and payment-processing fees are not refundable unless required by law or approved by CELLSHE in writing.

No physical return is required unless CELLSHE specifically asks for one in writing. CELLSHE may deny requests that are late, incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, inconsistent with order or tracking records, connected to reshippers or freight forwarders, or outside the scope of this offer.

The guarantee does not promise any specific health, wellness, energy, aging, appearance, hormonal, cognitive, physical, or other result. CELLSHE products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Requesting a refund under this guarantee does not automatically cancel a subscription. If you do not want future renewals, you must cancel before the next billing date.

7. Discretionary Commercial Gestures

CELLSHE may, at its sole discretion and without creating any obligation for future cases, offer a refund, replacement, store credit, discount, or other commercial gesture.

Any discretionary remedy may be conditioned on customer cooperation, timely communication, photos, return of unopened products, confirmation of shipping address, completion of a carrier investigation, product batch information, absence of fraud indicators, absence of policy abuse, and any other reasonable conditions.

A discretionary remedy in one case does not create a right to the same remedy in another case.

8. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions. Unless we state otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, handling fees, payment processing fees, and return shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by CELLSHE in writing.

9. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method.

Where an active written commercial guarantee or satisfaction offer applies, refund timing will follow the terms displayed for that offer. Unless the applicable offer states otherwise, eligible guarantee refunds are generally initiated within 3 business days after CELLSHE receives the refund request and any required information.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund, typically 5–10 business days depending on the provider.

We may delay or deny a refund where required information is missing, where the request is outside the applicable offer period, where abuse indicators are present, where a carrier investigation is required, or where the claim is inconsistent with order, payment, tracking, or customer support records.

10. Refused, Unclaimed, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, rejected by a carrier, undeliverable, or cannot be delivered because of customer-provided address issues or destination restrictions, we may refuse a refund or deduct shipping, handling, return, processing, and recovery costs from any discretionary refund where permitted by law.

Dietary supplements returned after leaving the controlled fulfillment chain may not be eligible for resale or return-to-stock.

11. Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to this Returns & Refund Policy. Canceling a subscription prevents future subscription charges. It does not automatically cancel, refund, or stop orders that have already been processed, billed, accepted, or submitted to fulfillment.

12. Chargeback and Refund Abuse

If you believe a charge was unauthorized, incorrect, duplicated, or otherwise disputed, you may contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider according to your statutory and card-network rights.

We ask that you also contact hello@cellshe.com first where reasonably possible so we can investigate the issue, review tracking, correct errors, and preserve evidence.

A chargeback or payment dispute filed in bad faith, with false information, after confirmed delivery, after policy abuse, or after receiving goods without a valid basis for dispute may be treated as refund abuse or first-party fraud to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may seek recovery of chargeback fees, processing costs, fraud-investigation costs, collection costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees and costs to the extent permitted by applicable law. We may also assert these amounts as offsets against any future or pending refund, credit, or discretionary remedy due to the customer.

We may deny refunds, refuse future orders, cancel subscriptions, block accounts, preserve evidence for payment processors, or report suspicious activity if we reasonably believe a customer has engaged in chargeback abuse, first-party fraud, false non-receipt claims, address manipulation, geographic restriction bypass, refund abuse, return abuse, or other misuse of our policies.

13. Final Sale Items

All dietary supplement products are final sale unless a specific written exception applies.
