I founded CELLSHE after a decade spent across professional health education, fitness, workplace well-being and human performance.

Today, my work focuses on practical longevity and healthy aging: how exercise, lifestyle, research and cellular wellness fit together when the goal is to preserve physical and cognitive function through age.

Professional background

A career built around health, movement and human performance

Before CELLSHE, I founded and co-founded projects across professional health education, fitness, workplace well-being and health and sport education, alongside a later leadership role in a demanding environment.

The settings changed, but the underlying questions kept getting closer: how people learn, move, recover, adapt and preserve function over time.

Professional health education

Working alongside physiotherapists, educators and health professionals

I co-founded FORM'S, a continuing-education organization serving physiotherapists and sports professionals. I selected course subjects and instructors, worked directly with clinicians and educators, and reviewed and translated course programs from English into French.

Fitness & coaching environments

Seeing how training is delivered in the real world

I founded MKZ Fitness Center, developed its concept and strategy, supervised the coaching team and led the business. It gave me a close view of the practical side of training: how people engage with exercise, what they can sustain, and how a coaching environment shapes consistency.

Workplace health & well-being

Designing health programs beyond the gym

I co-founded Move Your Company, where I designed workplace health programs, worked with health professionals and managed delivery through an internal team and a wider network of coaches. That broadened my perspective from individual training to the realities of health behavior inside everyday working life.

Health & sport conferences

Turning specialist knowledge into useful education

I founded and led a health and sport conference series, choosing subjects and speakers, preparing sessions, reviewing and translating material, organizing the events, and managing their distribution afterward. Several sessions remain publicly available online.

Leadership under pressure

Learning what performance looks like when conditions are demanding

A later leadership role within France's defense ministry exposed me to a very different side of human performance: sustained physical load, fatigue, psychological pressure, recovery demands and the need to maintain function under stress. That experience deepened my interest in physical resilience, recovery and the body's ability to perform in demanding environments.

Bringing the threads together

My interest in longevity science began in 2019. As my evidence literacy developed, my view became more nuanced without becoming less enthusiastic: emerging science can be exciting, but conclusions still need to stay proportional to the evidence and be weighed against proven lifestyle fundamentals.

CELLSHE is where that background now converges, combining healthy-aging education, cellular wellness, evidence review and the practical question that has followed me through every stage: how do we preserve function for longer?

The through-line is function. How people build it, maintain it, recover it and preserve it as the demands of life and age change.

My approach to longevity

Longevity should preserve function without consuming your life.

For me, longevity is about preserving physical capacity, cognitive capacity and independence as the years move forward.

That makes the fundamentals important. A routine has to work in real life, and it has to remain workable for decades. Complexity can be useful, but only when it adds something meaningful.

The question I keep coming back to is simple: what helps a person stay capable for longer?

The pillars I look at before adding complexity

This is the framework I use to organize my own thinking about healthy aging.

Cardiorespiratory fitness

Aerobic capacity is the first place I look when thinking about long-term physical function and performance.

Strength & muscle

Strength supports the ability to move, carry, climb, train and keep doing useful physical work as we age.

Nutrition

Food quality, enough protein and an appropriate energy intake create the daily base that training and recovery depend on.

Sleep

Sleep affects how well training, recovery, cognition and everyday performance hold together.

Body composition

I look at body composition in the context of function, metabolic health, training and what is sustainable for the person.

Mental health & stress

Long-term health has to account for psychological load, coping capacity and the environments people actually live in.

Social connection

Relationships and social life belong inside a longevity framework because health is lived with other people, not in isolation.

Preventive health

Screening, medical follow-up and individualized clinical care matter where lifestyle questions meet personal health risk.

Selective supplementation

I see supplements as tools for specific gaps or opportunities, not as substitutes for the parts of health we can build directly.

How I think about emerging science

How I evaluate emerging longevity ideas

I follow new ideas in longevity, biomarkers and supplementation, then weigh them against human evidence, biological rationale, safety and practical value.

I am comfortable acting before every question is settled when the overall case is strong enough, but the threshold has to make sense relative to the likely benefit, the safety profile and what proven lifestyle measures can already achieve.

01 · Human signal Has it been studied in people? Direct human evidence carries more weight in my decisions than an interesting mechanism alone.
02 · Biological rationale Does the mechanism make sense? A coherent biological rationale helps me judge whether an early signal is worth taking seriously.
03 · Safety Is the risk proportionate? The less certain the benefit, the more important a favorable safety profile becomes.
04 · Practical value Does it add something useful? I compare the potential upside with cost, complexity and what exercise, food, sleep or medical care can already address.

How I apply it personally

Simple enough to repeat for years

My own routine is intentionally uncomplicated and built around a few high-value behaviors I can repeat consistently.

Cardiorespiratory work

Trail running is the backbone

I train or move every day, with a strong emphasis on cardiorespiratory work. Trail running is the form I enjoy most, which also makes it easier to stay consistent.

Strength

Two structured sessions, plus frequent practice

I strength train twice a week and, on the other days, use frequent low-fatigue push-up practice throughout the day (grease the groove method)

Food & supplementation

Food first, supplementation selective

Most of my nutrition is simple home-cooked food: plenty of vegetables and fruit, appropriate carbohydrates and a deliberate focus on protein. I keep supplementation selective and use it where I think lifestyle alone leaves a meaningful gap.

Practical longevity means identifying what matters most, doing it consistently, and adding complexity only when it earns its place.

Founder & editorial role

Why CELLSHE became part of the work

CELLSHE sits at the intersection of two things I care about deeply: making longevity research useful, and building a healthy-aging brand that speaks seriously to women in midlife.

The personal side

The women around me shaped how I saw the gap.

My mother worked nights in hospital care, and my grandmother played a major role in raising me. I grew up around women whose lives carried work, care, responsibility and very little interest in being talked down to.

Years later, as my interest in longevity became more serious, I kept noticing how rarely that world seemed built around women like them. That made the gap personal, not abstract.

The founder decision

Build for women in midlife without narrowing the science.

I wanted CELLSHE to treat women in their 40s, 50s and 60s as serious readers and customers: people who can understand a label, inspect the research and make their own decisions.

That is why the brand combines cellular-wellness products, evidence-linked education and transparent standards. CELLSHE has a specific audience. My own work in longevity remains broader.

How I work on CELLSHE content

From a research question to a useful answer

I research and write much of CELLSHE's long-form educational content. My role is to turn a real question into an answer that a reader can use without losing the details that change what the science means.

Authorship and review are separate roles. Where a piece carries a medical or scientific review, the reviewer is identified independently with their own credentials and review date.

01 Start with the question Define what the reader is actually trying to understand or decide.
02 Read the primary evidence Prioritize direct human evidence and inspect the study itself where possible.
03 Build the synthesis Compare design, population, dose, duration, outcome and consistency across sources.
04 Add independent review where appropriate Credentialed review is attached to the work that has actually been reviewed.
