What a member gets

Four things, and all of them are real

Not a badge on a checkout page. Each of these takes someone here actual hours to make.

A guide every month

An in-depth guide on one subject, with the checklists and lists that make it usable on a Tuesday. Written for members, not published on the open site.

Everyone starts at guide one, whenever you join.

Not: a newsletter, or a reprint of something already in the Journal.

Your routine plan

One page. When to take it and what to attach it to, so it survives a busy week instead of relying on memory at 7am.

Built from your habits. We never ask about your health or your age.

Not: a health assessment, and never a protocol.

A call when you want one

A real person helps you set the routine up, or work out why it slipped in week three.

Members can book a call each month, by appointment, by email.

Not: a consultation. Anything clinical goes to your clinician.

A person who replies

Write to us about your routine and someone reads it and answers properly, including when the honest answer is that the evidence does not settle it.

Not: a chatbot, a ticket number, or a template with your first name in it.

Why it exists

Almost nobody stops because it failed

They stop because the bottle moved shelves, because a holiday broke the habit, or because six weeks in they had no idea whether it was doing anything. We wrote about that in why people stop taking NMN.

It matters because of how these compounds behave. Blood levels build over a few weeks of daily use and drift back within a few weeks of stopping, so a routine only means something if it survives past month two.* That makes consistency the whole game, and consistency is not a chemistry problem. It is a logistics problem, a knowledge problem, and an attention problem.

So we built the Circle around those three, rather than just taking a few dollars off the box.

Reason one

The habit never really formed

Day one is easy. Day forty is a Tuesday in a busy week, and nothing reminds you.

What we do: a one-page plan that attaches it to something you already do without thinking.
Reason two

You cannot tell if it is working

Most of what these compounds are studied for is measured in a lab, not felt over breakfast. Without a straight answer, people assume nothing is happening.

What we do: we tell you plainly what to expect and what not to, before you buy.
Reason three

A capsule was never the whole answer

Protein, strength, sleep and movement do more of the work than any supplement, and we would rather say so.

What we do: a guide a month on exactly those things, so the routine sits inside something bigger.

Want the research rather than our version of it? The Science page sets out every human trial our claims rest on, including the ones that found nothing, and how long NMN takes to work covers the timing question in full.*

The library

One guide a month, on the things that do most of the work

Written for members and not published on the open site. Everyone starts at guide one, whichever month you join.

12 In this year's library
  1. 01The Protein RethinkHow much you actually need after 40, and the least annoying way to get it.
  2. 02Strength at HomeThe smallest amount of resistance work that is still worth doing, without a gym.
  3. 03Sleep, RebuiltThe handful of levers with real evidence behind them, and the ones that are noise.
  4. 04Building BoneLoad, nutrients and timing, explained without the scare tactics.
  5. 05Stress, ManagedWhat actually shifts the dial when the calendar is not negotiable.
  6. 06Alcohol, RecalculatedAn honest look at the numbers, so you can make your own call.
  7. 07Questions Worth Asking Your DoctorHow to get more out of fifteen minutes, and what to write down beforehand.
  8. 08What Actually Works on SkinThe short list with evidence behind it, and the long list without.
  9. 09Digestion After 40Why things change, and the practical adjustments that tend to help.
  10. 10Where Your Energy GoesTracing a flat afternoon back to the thing that actually caused it.
  11. 11Mobility for LifeTen minutes that protect the next twenty years of moving well.
  12. 12The Supplement AuditHow to read a label, spot a proprietary blend, and cut what you do not need. Ours included.

The library keeps growing, and topics can shift as the research does. Members keep receiving whatever comes next, and anything already sent to you stays yours.

What the evidence saysThe research in plain language, including the studies that found nothing.
What to actually doThe practical version you can start this week, not a twelve-step protocol.
Printables and trackersChecklists, charts and simple trackers, ready to print and put where you will see them.
The listsFoods, movements or products with amounts, so you are not guessing in a shop.
What you can skipThe popular advice on the topic that the evidence does not back up.

Who writes them

People with names, not a content agency

Most guides come from the CELLSHE editorial team, working from the primary research under the standards we publish. Some are written by our founder, and you can read why he started this. For subjects that call for it, we bring in a specialist.

Where a guide touches something worth a second pair of eyes, we have it reviewed by someone with the relevant credentials before it goes out. You will always see who wrote a guide on the guide itself, the same way we do in the Journal.

Editorial team Founder Specialist, where it is warranted Credentialed review where needed

These are educational guides for healthy adults. They are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for care from your own clinician. When a topic belongs with your doctor, the guide says so. Plenty of our writing is free either way, over in the Learn hub.

What actually happens

Your first ninety days

So there are no surprises, here is the whole thing in order. All of it arrives on its own, and you never have to chase any of it.

Order day A welcome written by a person

Signed with a name, not a brand. Your starter routine guide comes with it, so you know what to do on day one.

Week one Your routine plan arrives

One page: when to take it, what to attach it to, and what to do on the day you forget. The general version is free to read in how to take NMN and with or without food. Yours is written around your mornings.

Month one Guide one lands

The Protein Rethink, with its checklist and food list. Yours to keep, whatever happens to your subscription later.

Around day 30 Someone checks in

Is it working for you? A real question from a person, with a real answer waiting. No discount code attached to it.

Month two, and on A new guide, and your plan gets adjusted

Timing, food, reminders, the shape of your week. Book a call whenever it would help. Routines almost never fail on the science, so this is the part we work on together.

Then a new guide every month you stay. Nothing you have already been sent is ever taken away from you, and the library keeps growing past the first twelve.

The call

Talk to someone, whenever it would help

Members can book a call each month. Most months you will not need one, and that is completely fine. It is there for the months you do.

Good reasons to book one

  • Setting your routine up properly the first time
  • Working out why it slipped in week three
  • Fitting it around travel, shift work, or a week that went sideways
  • Going through a guide with someone if a section did not land
  • Working out which of our products actually fits the routine you already have

What it is not

  • A medical consultation, of any kind
  • A diagnosis, an assessment, or a second opinion
  • Advice about your medication, conditions or test results
  • A reason to change anything your clinician has told you
  • A sales call, and never something you have to take
Email usWrite to hello@cellshe.com and say you would like your call. One line is enough.
Pick a timeWe send back a short list of slots. You choose the one that suits you.
We call youBring your questions, or bring nothing and we will start from your routine.

Where the line sits. If you bring us something clinical we will not answer it, and we will tell you why. We will point you to your doctor or pharmacist and, if it helps, write the question down so it is easier to ask. Anything about orders, shipping or your account is faster in the FAQ.

Your privacy

We personalize your routine without asking about your health

Most wellness brands want your symptoms, your age and your history, because that data is worth something to them. We decided not to collect it. Your plan is built from your habits and preferences instead, and that turns out to be the part that decides whether a routine survives a real week.

We ask about your mornings, not your bodyWhat time you wake, whether you eat breakfast, where you keep your keys. Habits, not health.
No symptoms, no conditions, no ageNot on a form, not on a call, not in an email. There is nowhere for it to go, because we built no field for it.
The Biological Age Check stays on your deviceIt runs in your browser and the answers are never sent to us. Try it free, or read how biological age testing works first.
Nothing you tell us is sold or shared for advertisingYour preferences exist to write your plan. That is the whole purpose, and the only one.

Easy to join. Just as easy to leave.

No term, no minimum, no fee. Change anything from your account, or send us one email before your next shipment. Nobody will call you to talk you out of it.

On orders of $75 or more. Your credit applies automatically to your next order, and credits stack with each friend who joins, up to the value of that order.

Would you rather we did it? You never have to send anything yourself. Email hello@cellshe.com at any time with your friend's name and email (ensuring you have her consent), and a real person here will take it from there: we contact her, we explain the offer, we apply both discounts. No link to share, nothing to write, nothing to get wrong.

One rule when you share it: please do not make health claims on our behalf. Nothing about treating, preventing or relieving a condition, and nothing presented as a result our products caused. Full referral terms are in our FAQ.

What it costs

Nothing. It is already in the price.

The Circle is not a tier or an add-on. It comes with a subscription to any product we make, and a subscription costs less than buying the same bottle once.

Questions

The ten we get asked most

Answered the way we would answer them on the phone.

What is the CELLSHE Circle?

The CELLSHE Circle is a membership included with every CELLSHE subscription, at no extra cost. Members receive a new in-depth guide each month, a one-page routine plan built around their own habits, the option to book a call with a real person each month, and an email concierge that a person answers. It comes with a subscription to any CELLSHE product, and a subscription costs less than buying the same bottle once.

Does the Circle cost extra?

No. It is included with a CELLSHE subscription at no additional charge, and there is no upgraded tier that unlocks more of it. Every member gets the same thing. The pricing and delivery mechanics are all on Subscribe & Save.

Which products include it?

All of them. Subscribe to NMN 500, NAD+, Resveratrol 600 or the Cellular Trio and the Circle comes with it. The three molecules do different jobs rather than competing with each other, so the Science page is the best place to work out which suits you.

What exactly is the 30-day guarantee?

If the product is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of your order and we refund it. You keep the bottle, because sending a half-used supplement back helps nobody. One email is enough and you do not have to justify yourself. The full wording is in our refund policy.

I am joining mid-year. Do I start at guide seven?

No, everyone starts at guide one. The library is built as a course rather than a magazine, so the month you happen to join does not decide where you begin. You then receive one guide per month of membership.

If I cancel, do I keep the guides I already have?

Yes. Anything already sent to you is yours to keep and print. What stops is receiving new ones, along with the plan updates and the call. If you come back later, you pick up where you left off.

Do I have to take the monthly call?

Not at all, and plenty of members never book one. It changes nothing about your price. It exists for the months when a routine stops working and you would rather talk it through than guess.

Is any of this medical advice?

No, and we are strict about it. The guides and calls are practical, educational help with a daily routine, for healthy adults. They are not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for your own clinician. When something belongs with your doctor we say so, and we help you frame the question.

Who writes the guides?

Most come from the CELLSHE editorial team, working from the primary research under the standards we publish. Some are written by our founder, and you can read why he started this. For subjects that call for it we bring in a specialist, and where a guide warrants it we have it reviewed by someone with the relevant credentials. The author is named on the guide.

What if I only want to buy once?

That is a real option, not a trap. A one-time order still gets a welcome written by a person, your starter routine guide, an email concierge that replies, a check-in around day 30, and the 30-day guarantee. The monthly guides are the part kept for members.

Something about orders, shipping or returns? That is all in the main FAQ.
