Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how CELLSHE processes and ships orders.

1. Shipping Destinations

CELLSHE currently ships only within the supported United States shipping area.

We do not ship to California, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. military bases, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, unsupported U.S. territories, unsupported P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, reshippers, hotels, package redirection services, or addresses that our fulfillment or carrier partners cannot serve.

2. Shipping Eligibility and Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for confirming before purchase that your shipping address is complete, accurate, accessible, lawful, and eligible for delivery.

We make reasonable efforts to configure Shopify, fulfillment tools, shipping settings, and manual screening to prevent unsupported shipments. However, checkout availability, attempted payment, or receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee that an address is eligible for fulfillment or delivery.

If your address is unsupported, incomplete, inaccurate, restricted, or ineligible, we may cancel the order, hold the order, request additional information, request an eligible alternative address, refuse fulfillment, or refund the order where appropriate.

Orders intended for U.S. military bases, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or similar restricted destinations cannot be delivered through our current fulfillment setup. Do not place an order for those destinations.

3. Processing and Fulfillment Time

Orders typically require 1–5 business days for fulfillment before shipment after order acceptance, unless otherwise stated on the product page or checkout. Fulfillment times may be longer during product launches, promotional periods, inventory constraints, carrier interruptions, compliance review, fraud screening, address verification, or operational disruptions.

4. Estimated Shipping and Delivery Times

After shipment, standard U.S. transit is generally estimated at 2–4 business days. Total estimated time from order acceptance to delivery is usually 3–9 business days, not guaranteed. Express delivery, where available, applies only to transit time after shipment and does not remove fulfillment processing time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Total time from order placement to delivery includes order review, processing, fulfillment, carrier pickup, transit, and final delivery.

Express shipping is available only for eligible Shopify orders within supported U.S. destinations and may not be available for all products, addresses, or orders.

5. 30-Day Shipping Rule

Unless a different shipping timeframe is clearly stated before purchase, we aim to ship accepted orders within 30 days. If we cannot ship within the stated or applicable timeframe, we may provide an update, request consent to a delay, cancel the order, or issue a refund as required by applicable law.

6. Shipping Carriers and Delivery Partners

Orders may be shipped through carriers or logistics partners selected by our fulfillment providers. We do not control carrier routes, tracking scan timing, delivery attempts, final-mile delivery decisions, or local carrier procedures.

7. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may ship separately. Split shipments may generate separate tracking numbers and may arrive on different dates.

8. Tracking

When tracking becomes available, you may receive a tracking link by email. Tracking information may take time to update after a label is created or after the carrier receives the package.

9. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. We may not be able to change an address after the order is submitted to fulfillment.

If an address is incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, restricted, unsupported, or ineligible, the order may be delayed, returned, refused, canceled, or unrecoverable. We are not responsible for delivery failure caused by inaccurate, incomplete, inaccessible, unsupported, or ineligible address information provided by the customer.

10. Failed Delivery, Refused Packages, and Unclaimed Orders

If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, rejected by a carrier, undeliverable, or cannot be delivered because of customer-provided address issues or destination restrictions, we may refuse a refund or deduct shipping, handling, return, processing, and recovery costs from any discretionary refund where permitted by law.

Dietary supplements that leave the controlled fulfillment chain may not be eligible for resale or return-to-stock.

11. Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement, indicates a delivery issue, or suggests that a package may be lost, contact hello@cellshe.com as soon as possible.

We may ask you to confirm the shipping address, check the delivery location, contact the carrier or local delivery office, provide additional information, or cooperate with a carrier investigation where needed.

When a package is reasonably confirmed as lost, undelivered, or affected by a carrier issue, CELLSHE will work to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement shipment, refund, store credit, or another appropriate remedy.

We may deny or limit remedies where tracking shows delivery, where the shipping address was incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, unsupported, or ineligible, where the claim is late or unsupported, or where fraud, abuse, address manipulation, or policy misuse is reasonably suspected.

12. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact hello@cellshe.com within 7 days after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, product, and damage.

For timely and supported damaged-package claims, CELLSHE will work to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement shipment, refund, store credit, or another appropriate remedy.

We may deny claims that are late, incomplete, unsupported, inconsistent with photos or tracking information, or appear fraudulent or abusive.

13. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if any, are displayed at checkout before purchase.

CELLSHE may offer free shipping, flat-rate shipping, subscription shipping benefits, order-value-based shipping offers, or other shipping promotions according to the conditions displayed at checkout or before purchase.

The shipping fee or free shipping eligibility that applies to an order is the one displayed at checkout when the order is placed, unless a correction is required by law or due to a technical, pricing, or eligibility error.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law, expressly stated in a written offer, or approved by CELLSHE in writing.

14. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact hello@cellshe.com as soon as possible if you need to request an order change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order is submitted to fulfillment.
