Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 20, 2026
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy is provided by RVS Longevity Sciences Corp. ("CELLSHE," "we," "us"), the operator of cellshe.com, as required by Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's consumer health data law. It applies to consumer health data of Washington and Nevada residents, and to consumer health data collected in Washington or Nevada. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle all other personal information.
"Consumer health data" means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status. Under Nevada law, it means such information that we use to identify your health status.
1. Consumer Health Data We Collect and Why
Adverse event reports. If you report a reaction to a product, we collect the health details you choose to share, such as symptoms, product use, medications, and medical care. We use them to respond to you, review product safety, report to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration when required, and protect our legal rights.
Messages and reviews. If you include health information in an email, a phone call, the contact form, an Ask CELLSHE message, or a review, we collect it. We use it to respond to you, to support your use of our products, and, for reviews, to decide whether to publish the review.
Free Tool sign-ups. If you give your email address in one of our Free Tools, we collect your email address, the name of the tool, and any optional focus you choose (such as Energy, Sleep, or Stress). We use them to send you the emails you asked for and to tailor them.
Website activity that may relate to health. When you use our website, the cookies, pixels, and session analytics described in our Privacy Policy record your IP address and device and cookie identifiers, the pages you visit (including pages about health topics, such as perimenopause, and our Free Tool pages), the products you view, add to your cart, or buy, and how you interact with pages, such as clicks and scrolling. If you have joined our emails, our email provider can link this activity to your email address. We and our email provider may also infer your product interests or likely reorder dates from this activity and your purchases. Some of this information may be consumer health data. We use it to run and improve the website, to send and tailor our emails, and to measure and show our advertising.
Free Tools. Our Free Tools and the My Healthy Routine and My Supplement Routine questionnaires in My CELLSHE calculate your answers, scores, and results in your browser. They are not sent to CELLSHE, our advertising or analytics partners, or our email provider, and we do not store them. Some tools save your last result only in your own browser so you can return to it. Like every page of our website, these pages run the tags and session analytics described above.
How we process it. We and our service providers store and process consumer health data in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. We limit access to people who need it for the purposes above.
2. Sources
We collect consumer health data from you directly; from someone who reports an adverse event about you, such as a family member or healthcare professional; from your browser and device through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on our website; and from inferences we and our email provider make.
3. Consumer Health Data We Share and With Whom
- Adverse event reports:Â with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and our manufacturing partner, where needed to investigate or report a product safety event, and with professional advisers, such as lawyers and insurers, where needed to protect our legal rights.
- All categories:Â with our service providers (processors), such as our e-commerce platform (Shopify Inc.), our email service (Klaviyo, Inc.), and our order fulfillment, customer support, review, and hosting services, which handle it for us to provide their services to us.
- Website activity, purchases, and sign-ups: with our advertising and analytics partners, Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., and Microsoft Corporation, once you have accepted advertising and analytics cookies in our privacy banner. Their tags on our website receive your identifiers, the pages you visit, and how you interact with them, and our session analytics provider records how you interact with pages, with page text and what you type hidden. When you place an order, purchase details may be sent to our advertising partners with hashed (coded) versions of your contact details. When you sign up through one of our forms, we may send an advertising partner, from your browser and our server, a hashed version of your email address and an event showing that a sign-up occurred. These partners also use this information for their own purposes under their own privacy policies.
- Reviews:Â published reviews, including any health information you include, are public and show your first name and last initial.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of CELLSHE, our customers, or others.
We do not share consumer health data with affiliates. We do not send our advertising or analytics partners the content of your adverse event reports or messages. Their tags and session analytics record the pages you visit and how you interact with them, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your consent. If you are in Washington or Nevada, our privacy banner asks for your consent before advertising and analytics cookies are used. You can accept, reject, or choose which categories to allow, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the banner settings. Rejecting these cookies does not stop you from using our website or buying our products.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, and access it;
- get a list of all third parties and affiliates with whom we have shared or sold your consumer health data, with an email address or other online way to contact each of them;
- ask us to correct your consumer health data;
- withdraw any consent you have given us, and ask us to stop collecting, sharing, or selling your consumer health data; and
- delete your consumer health data. We will also tell our processors and the third parties with whom we shared it to delete it. We will keep adverse event records for at least six years, as federal law requires.
How to make a request. Use our US Privacy Requests page (linked in the website footer) or email hello@cellshe.com with the subject "Consumer Health Data Request." We will verify your request, usually by confirming the email address you use with us. We will respond within 45 days after we receive it. If we need more time, we will tell you why within those 45 days and may take up to 45 more days. For Nevada residents, deletion from our active records and network will be completed within 30 days after we authenticate the request; deletion from archived or backup systems may be delayed where Nevada law permits. We may also retain information that applicable law requires us to keep, including adverse event records.
Website activity. To opt out of the sale and sharing of your website activity, choose "Do not sell or share" in our privacy banner, use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, or turn on Global Privacy Control. These choices apply to the browser and device you use. To also cover information linked to your email address, such as purchase matching and sign-up events, email us.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, through our US Privacy Requests page, or by emailing hello@cellshe.com with the subject "Health Data Appeal." We will respond in writing within 45 days and explain our decision. If we deny your appeal, you can submit a complaint to the Washington Attorney General at www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint or the Nevada Attorney General at ag.nv.gov/Complaints/Consumer_Complaint/.
5. Third-Party Tracking
Our advertising and analytics partners may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites when you use our website, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to This Policy
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date. If we make a material change, we will also tell you by email or with a notice on our website before it applies. Before we collect, use, or share consumer health data in a way this policy does not describe, we will update this policy and get your consent where the law requires.
