Quick answer: CELLSHE NMN 500 is the stronger premium choice for women who want 500 mg of beta-NMN in one daily capsule, direct human evidence at that exact oral dose, third-party testing with accessible quality documentation, and ongoing support for maintaining the routine. Renue By Science LIPO NMN provides the same 500 mg per serving. Its liposomal format is an interesting formulation choice, but the human study Renue cites was small, used 350 mg rather than 500 mg, and did not test the finished LIPO NMN product sold on its website.

Disclosure and method: CELLSHE publishes this comparison and sells CELLSHE NMN 500. Competitor product facts, prices, testing statements, and shipping information were checked against Renue By Science's official U.S. pages on August 5, 2026. If a liposomal format isn't essential, compare it against the best NMN supplements of 2026.

The real comparison: the same 500 mg serving, delivered differently

This is not a higher-dose versus lower-dose comparison. Both products provide 500 mg of beta-NMN per labeled daily serving.

The practical product difference is simpler. CELLSHE provides that serving in one capsule. Renue divides it across two liposomal capsules. Renue's bottle lasts 45 days rather than 30, while CELLSHE is built as a one-capsule monthly routine.

The evidence question is also different from the label question. Renue markets its powdered liposomes as a way to protect NMN through digestion and improve delivery. CELLSHE uses a conventional oral capsule at a dose that has been studied directly in humans. The relevant purchasing question is therefore not whether “liposomal” sounds more advanced. It is how directly the delivery claim is supported for the exact finished product and serving being purchased.

What the human evidence for liposomal NMN actually shows

Renue cites a 2025 exploratory study comparing placebo, standard NMN, and liposomal NMN. Fifteen healthy men over 40 were divided into three groups of five. The two NMN groups received 350 mg per day for four weeks. The liposomal group showed a larger increase in blood NAD+ than the standard NMN and placebo groups.[5]

That result is worth noting. It is also narrower than the product-page headline can make it appear:

    • Five participants received liposomal NMN. With only five people in each arm, one unusual response can materially influence the group average.
    • The dose was 350 mg, not 500 mg. The trial did not test the labeled serving sold as Renue LIPO NMN.
    • The intervention was not identified as the finished Renue product. The paper names the liposomal material as SINTO liposomal NMN and states that it was supplied by Premier Anti-Aging Co., Ltd.
    • The study measured blood NAD+. It did not establish better energy, cognition, physical function, healthy-aging outcomes, or long-term safety.
    • The study was short and male-only. It ran for four weeks in men aged 40 and older, so it does not directly answer how the finished product performs in women using it over months.

Our read: the study is an encouraging early signal for a specific liposomal NMN material. It is not finished-product proof that Renue LIPO NMN delivers better outcomes than a standard 500 mg capsule.

Why CELLSHE's standard 500 mg capsule has a strong evidence fit

500 mg has been studied directly in humans

In a double-blind, placebo-controlled study, adults aged 55 to 70 received placebo, 500 mg/day of NMN, or 1,000 mg/day of NMN for one month. At day 30, average whole-blood NAD+ was 41.7 micromolar in the 500 mg group and 23.8 micromolar in the placebo group.[6]

This does not mean the finished CELLSHE capsule itself was clinically tested. It means the exact 500 mg standard oral NMN amount used by CELLSHE has direct human relevance for a measured NAD+ endpoint.

The dose-ranging evidence supports the 500 mg position

A separate randomized, multicenter trial assigned 80 healthy adults aged 40 to 65 to placebo, 300 mg, 600 mg, or 900 mg of NMN daily for 60 days. All three NMN groups increased the study's serum total NAD measure. The 600 mg group produced a significantly greater increase than the 300 mg group, while 900 mg did not significantly improve on 600 mg.[7]

A later analysis of the same dataset reported mean 60-day increases of 20.8 nM with 300 mg, 37.39 nM with 600 mg, and 38.07 nM with 900 mg.[8] Most of the added mean response occurred between 300 mg and 600 mg. Increasing the dose from 600 mg to 900 mg added only 0.68 nM to the reported group mean and did not produce a statistically significant advantage.

The careful interpretation: 600 mg provided the strongest observed dose-to-response efficiency among the tested amounts. CELLSHE's 500 mg serving sits close to that point and also has separate direct human evidence at exactly 500 mg. The study did not test 500 mg, so no precise interpolation should be claimed.

The wider evidence is strongest for NAD-related biomarkers

A systematic review and meta-analysis of 12 randomized trials involving 513 participants found that oral NMN increased blood NAD-related measures overall. Most assessed glucose and lipid outcomes were not significantly different from control, and the reviewers identified risk-of-bias concerns across the included trials.[9]

The evidence-informed expectation remains focused: NMN supports NAD+ biosynthesis and cellular energy metabolism.* It should not be sold as an instant sensation, a guaranteed transformation, or an age-reversal product.

    The 500 mg evidence-fit audit

Decision question CELLSHE NMN 500 Renue LIPO NMN
Does the label provide 500 mg per serving? Yes Yes
How many capsules deliver 500 mg? 1 2
Has standard oral NMN been studied at exactly 500 mg? Yes, as ingredient-dose evidence Not the relevant question for the liposomal claim
Has the liposomal format been compared with standard NMN in humans? Not applicable One exploratory study at 350 mg, with 5 participants in the liposomal arm
Did that liposomal study test the finished product being sold? Not applicable The paper does not identify the intervention as Renue LIPO NMN
Is quality documentation accessible? Yes, on the product page or on request Yes, the brand publishes batch documents
Is structured routine support included? Yes, with a CELLSHE subscription No equivalent program is stated on the product page

Original CELLSHE analysis: This audit separates labeled dose, capsule burden, delivery-format evidence, finished-product relevance, quality documentation, and ongoing support. It does not assign a clinical-superiority score.

Where Renue By Science LIPO NMN fits

Renue is the liposomal option. It publishes batch documents, qualifies for free standard U.S. shipping at its current price, and is designed for buyers who specifically want a powdered liposomal delivery system. CELLSHE is a lower cost per bottle.

Its main trade-offs are a two-capsule serving and a liposomal evidence story that is less product-specific than the marketing presentation suggests.

Why CELLSHE is the stronger premium choice for its intended customer

    • 500 mg in one capsule. CELLSHE delivers the full serving without requiring a two-capsule daily dose.
    • Direct evidence at the exact oral amount. A 500 mg/day standard NMN regimen has been studied directly in humans and increased whole-blood NAD+ in the trial population.
    • A dose close to the strongest response range. The 60-day trial found a significantly greater response at 600 mg than at 300 mg, with minimal additional return at 900 mg.
    • No need to buy a delivery claim. CELLSHE uses a straightforward oral capsule and builds its case around the ingredient, the stated dose, and accessible testing rather than assuming that a more technical format must be better.
    • Third-party testing with accessible documentation. A Certificate of Analysis is available on the product page or on request.
    • Full subscription control. Subscribers can pause, skip, update account details, adjust quantities or product selections where supported, and cancel online before renewal.
    • Support beyond automatic replenishment. The subscription includes the CELLSHE Circle, ongoing education, practical routine planning, priority customer care, and a bookable monthly call.
    • Designed around women in midlife. The product and support experience are built for women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who want a calm, non-hormonal, evidence-informed daily routine.
    • A 60-day satisfaction guarantee. Where displayed before purchase, the guarantee gives an eligible first-order customer a defined way to try the CELLSHE routine.

The CELLSHE premium is attached to a clear proposition: the full 500 mg serving in one capsule, direct evidence at that exact oral amount, transparent testing access, and a guided monthly experience designed to make consistency easier.

    Frequently asked questions

Does Renue LIPO NMN contain more NMN than CELLSHE NMN 500?

No. Both products provide 500 mg of beta-NMN per labeled serving. CELLSHE delivers that amount in one capsule, while Renue uses two capsules.

Is liposomal NMN proven to work better than standard NMN?

Not for broad health outcomes or for these finished products. One small exploratory study found a larger blood NAD+ increase with 350 mg of a liposomal NMN material than with 350 mg of standard NMN. Only five participants received the liposomal intervention, the trial lasted four weeks, and the paper did not identify the tested material as the finished Renue LIPO NMN product.[5]

Has 500 mg of standard oral NMN been studied in humans?

Yes. In a one-month placebo-controlled study, the 500 mg/day group had higher average whole-blood NAD+ at day 30 than the placebo group. The study tested NMN at that amount, not the finished CELLSHE product.[6]

Why does the 600 mg trial matter when both products provide 500 mg?

The dose-ranging trial found a significantly greater serum total NAD response at 600 mg than at 300 mg, while 900 mg did not significantly improve on 600 mg. That places 500 mg close to the dose where the measured response became most efficient, although the trial itself did not test 500 mg.[7][8]

Do both brands provide quality documentation?

Yes. CELLSHE NMN 500 is third-party tested, with a Certificate of Analysis available on the product page or on request. Renue states third-party testing and publishes batch documents on its product page.

What does the CELLSHE subscription add beyond the bottle?

In addition to the subscriber price and free eligible U.S. shipping, it includes flexible plan management, priority customer care, and access to the CELLSHE Circle for ongoing education, practical routine support, and a bookable monthly call.
